Jennifer Poteet
I am the author of the new chapbook Emily Dickinson’s Selfie from Bottlecap Press and I have a previous chapbook, Sleepwalking Home from Dancing Girl Press.
My poems have appeared in numerous journals and anthologies including The Night Heron Barks, Swwim, The Cortland Review, The Journal of New Jersey Poets, Paterson Literary Review, Pedestal Magazine and elsewhere. I have been nominated for the Pushcart Prize and for the Nina Riggs Poetry Award. My full length collection was a finalist for the first Laura Boss Narrative Poetry Award.
I am also an active gardener, EBAYer, animal lover, and enthusiastic collector of mid-century modern objects. I have lived most of my life in northern New Jersey.
